The food and event co-ordination is provided by our in-house caterers, Cuckoo, run by husband and wife team, Nickie and Simon Dixon. They will guide you through every detail of your day, from the initial planning stages, menu design, table and venue decor, through to the drink options and timings. The Cuckoo team will expertly organise and co-ordinate your day to ensure a seamless service so you will feel assured that all aspects of your day are taken care of.
Our head chef Simon Dixon takes inspiration from his travels around the world and his repertoire of menu’s stretch from a refined classical wedding breakfast to delicate fine dining, adventurous festival food and hearty, honest dishes.
Nickie and Simon will work with you to create a day that is totally bespoke to you.
